The nice thing about an indoor venue is that you can go the extra mile and create entirely new experiences.
For quite some time, we had wanted to organize Belgian beer and food pairings at Belgian Beer Weekend — and this time, we finally did it.
In collaboration with Horiuchi Ryo, Executive Chef at the Belgian Embassy in Tokyo, we curated a 4-course dinner around a large 24-person communal table placed right at the centre of the event, welcoming 144 guests over multiple sessions.
Of course, we also put our event management software "Event Stacks" to the test — smoothly handling ticket sales across 6 time slots, allowing preferred seating & food allergy requests and providing smooth access control.
