Based on 15 years of hands-on experience with event organization and processing over 1.3 million event visitors, we have been developing over the years several event management tools to plan, manage and execute our events more efficiently and increase performance.
We are now bringing our in-house developed and tested tools together into one event management platform “EVENT STACKS” and are making these tools available to other event planners, organizers & owners.
One of our tools is ACCESS STACK, a tablet based application allowing fast QR code scanning and visitor management at events. The application provides real time tracking of guest enrollment so there is no need to check names or business cards at reception desks resulting in reduced staff headcount, errors, queues and stress.
