Surreal Dinner

Ice-Watch

If you see a goldfish fly out of a melting clock and offer you tango lessons, you’re having a surreal experience! Either that or you’re asleep and dreaming… Well we were neither sleeping nor dreaming when Belgian designer Charles Kaisin contacted us in July to help him with the production of one of his “SURREAL” concept dinners. This time (12/10/2016) in Tokyo for Belgian watch manufacturer Ice-Watch on the special occasion of the State Visit to Japan of Their Majesties the King and the Queen of the Belgians. It definitely turned out to become an unforgettable exclusive and time-inspired dinner at The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo for a selected club of 208 amazed guests with 104 waiters (1 waiter per every two guests) transforming each dish into a -sometimes mad- unreal experience. We definitely made the seemingly impossible possible in such a short time or to quote Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it is done.” …
