Since 2010 we've had a lot of visitors at Belgian Beer Weekend (1,476,600 to be precise), but we can count the number of royal visits on 2 fingers :)
At Belgian Beer Weekend Shinjuku we were honored to welcome HRH Princess Astrid of Belgium who was visiting Japan together with a very large Belgian Economic Mission.
In addition to the royal presence, an esteemed delegation of The Knighthood of the Brewers' Paddle took the stage at Shinjuku to introduce the Princess as the Honorary Grandmaster of the Knighthood, alongside 4 new Honorary Knights. #beerforallforbeer
