Trainspot is proud to be part of the consortium responsible for the delivery of the EU Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, with trainspot overseeing the planning and management of the Pavilion’s full events programme.
The EU Pavilion is realised through a consortium bringing together complementary expertise:
- GL events — Consortium leader and general contractor
- facts and fiction — Exhibition concept and design
- ICF Next — Communications and content strategy
- Trainspot — Events planning, coordination and on-site management
Within this framework, trainspot is responsible for the coordination and execution of a wide range of events at the EU Pavilion, including seminars, workshops, cultural programmes, official ceremonies, stakeholder-driven activities and ‘Europe Day’ (9 May 2025), covering the entire Expo period (13 April - 13 October 2025).
Through these events, the Pavilion becomes a place for encounter and dialogue, highlighting European values, sustainable innovation, and the shared vision of the European Union and Japan for the future.
Expo 2025 Osaka provides a unique global platform, and we are pleased to contribute to the successful delivery of the EU Pavilion alongside our consortium partners.
