It is always nice when projects run multiple years :)
Despite EHEF 2021 being held completely online, EHEF 2022 became a smaller physical education fair in Tokyo & Kyoto with only embassies participating, but with a strong digital backbone.
Our main challenge was to implement time slot pre-registrations via the website (you know, COVID crowd control measures) and to facilitate smooth QR code-based check-ins at the venue.
As crowd control and QR code ticketing are our areas of expertise, we were able to establish a fully closed flawless registration process and set new standards!
