On the occasion of the Pommery Sommelier Concours 2017, we produced & organized NUIT POMMERY, a special night out to explore the exceptional world of Pommery Champagnes. The venue for this event needed to have a "château" allure which we found greatly in "The Classic House at Akasaka Prince", a grand mansion located in the center of Tokyo and probably one of the coolest settings in the city for the moment!
The concept was to create an open house where each chamber had a different feeling & setting, matching the champagne label; Brut Royal – Brut Rosé – Seasonal Falltime & Wintertime – Millésime Grand Cru 2016.
